The country’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) reported a 10 per cent jump in its net profit at Rs 20,160 crore in the quarter ended September 2025, compared to Rs 18,331 crore in the year-ago period. Its net interest income (NII) grew 3.28 per cent to Rs 42,984 crore, compared to Rs 41,620 crore in the quarter ended September 2024.
